Our main fulfillment centers are located in India, USA & Hong Kong. All of our products are shipped from our fulfillment center .

Once an order is placed on our website, it will ship within 2-3 business days Generally, shipments take about 7-15 business days. Delays may occur due to bad weather, incorrect addresses, peak winter season and customs clearance etc.

If you have an urgent order, our team can do their best to accommodate your request. Additional expediting shipping will be required and you will need to contact us before you place the order at rapid-touch.com.

It depends on weight and distance. And you can see the exact fees when choosing the shipping method. Any order over $59 can enjoy free standard shipping in our website now! For international shipping, there is a flat rate of $5.95 USD and for remote areas $12.95 USD. All International orders over $59.00 USD, Remote areas over $89.00 USD are eligible for free shipping! All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. Rapid-Touch is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

Orders & Returns

You can place the order anonymously as a guest user or register to be our member to get latest promotions.

If you did not pay for the order,then you can modify and reorder.

If you finish the payment for your order, you can cancel or modify it in 24 hours for any reason. If more than 24 hours we can only change your shipping address as long as the product has not been shipped and not in the processing status. If the package has shipped already or is already in the process of shipping, we cannot change the address and it will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives safely.

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs duty fees. These fees are not included in your Rapid-Touch.com order and or shipping total. Rapid-Touch.com assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional or give away items. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

Processing: you can check its status in the “My Orders” section of your account at rapid-touch.com.

Shipped: once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking code and a link where to track it. You can also find the tracking details of your order on the “My Orders” page and the confirmation email sent from [email protected].

Sorry to hear that, but sure you can return a product. We only accept returns where the product has not been used, and with the original packaging materials, so that return transit is safe for our delivery partners. Please note, opened or used products cannot be returned.

All items must be in an unused, in re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.
