RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love our products as much as we do and never need this page! But, if you’re dissatisfied for any reason, our return policy is pretty no muss-no fuss.

Following  conditions are applicable for us to process return or exchange, The product eligible for return should satisfy the following criteria:
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Should be in original condition & Packaging, Box should be retained and returned.
  • We only accept returns where the product has not been used, and with the original packaging materials, so that return transit is safe for our delivery partners. Please note, opened or used products cannot be returned.
  • It is mandatory to send the photos of invoice & product to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products.
  • This return policy does not apply to free gifts, promotional and sale merchandise.
  • We reserve the right to not honor return requests that we determine to be fraudulent / mala fide and the decision of Rapid Touch in this regard will be final.
  • Orders are not eligible for refunds if returned (as cosmetic products are not re-usable due to hygiene factors)
  • Lastly, this return policy is only valid for products purchased directly from rapid-touch.com.

What should I do if I want to return a product?
In the rare instance that you are unhappy with a product, simply drop us an email at [email protected] with your name, telephone number, order number and a convenient time to call.
One of our product advisors will contact you to understand the issue better and provide you instructions on shipping the product back to us. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.​​

How do I send the product back to you?
You do not need to worry. We will provide you easy instructions for safe packing and shipping.

How and when will you refund the amount?
We will process your request within 3 working days of receiving your product at our facility. The amount (less shipping & handling charges) will be refunded in the form of equivalent value store gift coupons that can be used on rapid-touch.com.  Please note that cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. 

CANCELLATION

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know within 2 days of placing the order or before dispatch – whichever is earlier! Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of Online Orders, However, the reward points that have been used in that particular order will not be credited back in your account. The reward points can be used only once.

Please Note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.
Cancellation charges Rs.100 will be charged after order is shipped.

We don’t accept any International Cancellation of the order. Any change will be accepted only based on the above-mentioned criterion’s.  

PLEASE NOTE: along with the other terms and conditions, these additional terms are applicable in case you have bought any products not manufactured by rapid-touch.com and its group companies. In other words, these additional terms and conditions are applicable in case you buy products sold on rapid-touch.com by third party vendors.​

You understand and agree that there may be certain products, which will be sold on the Site by third party vendors (“Vendors”). Rapid-touch.com may not be able to control the transactions or the acts and omissions of the Vendors in such transactions. When you buy such products from Vendors on the Site the following additional terms and conditions will become applicable:

You release and indemnify Rapid-touch.com and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions of the Vendors on the Site and specifically waive any claims that you may have in this behalf under any applicable law. Notwithstanding its reasonable efforts in that behalf, rapid-touch.com cannot control the information provided by other Vendors, which is made available on the Site. You may find other Vendor’s information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution, and practice safe trading when using the Site. Please note that there are also risks of dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretense.

All other terms and conditions of this User Agreement are applicable to such transactions.

Bank Payment Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the Credit/Debit card details provided by you for availing of services on Rapid-touch.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card, which is not lawfully owned by you. I.e. in a Debit/Credit card transaction, you must use your own card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid card details to Rapid-touch.com. Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by Rapid-touch.com with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order. Rapid-touch.com will not be liable for any Credit/Debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

Fraudulent / Declined Transactions

When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by calls / email or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Rapid-touch.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from you.

That you will use the services provided by Rapid-touch.com, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and transacting on the Site.

You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Rapid-touch.com, reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Rapid-touch.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of Rapid-touch.com and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.

That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects

That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
