REFUND POLICY
All Sales are final unless the Item received is damaged. We do not offer return, refund, exchange on used products or cancellation of the orders after dispatch. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
We will process your request within 3 working days of receiving your product at our facility. The amount (less shipping & handling plus payment gateway charges) will be refunded in the form of store credits / gift coupons that can be used on rapid-touch.com. Please note that cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
All return & replacement cases shall be considered within 48 hours after the date of delivery of your order. Contact Us (Mon to Fri, between 10am to 6pm). Our team shall provide solution within 24 working hours after your report the issue. To complete your return & process refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with following guidelines mentioned below:
- Refund is provided for only Prepaid Orders not for COD Orders.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
- Refund shall be processed only as Store Credits. Our store credits can be used to make a purchase on our website.
- Store credits given as refund never expire.
- Shipping charge, if paid, shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
- We shall deduct a handling charge from your refundable amount, Refund amount is calculated by deducting 20% (shipping and handling plus internet payment charges) from your original order amount.
- Your refund will be initiated by us within 3 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund, post successful return of products.
- Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques) in case of damaged goods wherever applicable in certain orders.
We offer 100% refund including shipping charges in case you receive a damaged product. Any such discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Time of delivery will be estimated as per Courier Company’s web tracking.
To qualify for refund, you need to check the Item while taking the delivery from our Courier Company. In case of any discrepancy or damage, the packet must not be accepted and returned by mentioning the reason for return on the Docket slip. In case of any other issue you may contact us on our Helpline Number.
Since all packets dispatched from our end are insured with the Courier Company, the above mentioned qualifying criteria for Refund must be adhered to.
The product must be returned in absolutely unused/unworn condition along with the Original Box, Instructions Manual, and Warranty Card, Invoice and all accessories / Freebies, if any. When we receive the items, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and it’s in original condition, and then only we will issue either a refund or a different item in exchange.
