All orders placed on rapid-touch.com.com abide by the below shipping guidelines.We ship products across India and all over the world.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard orders shipped within 48 hours between 1 to 7 business days, Priority orders shipped with Express Shipping Partners.
  • We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Transit time to destinations depends on courier loads, local conditions and a variety of other factors, although we estimate a 3-6 days for domestic orders & 7-20 Days transit time for International orders in most cases once order is dispatched.
  • Next-day and Express delivery options also available for domestic orders. We Offer Free Shipping (Specified On The Product Detail Page) On Selected Products Ordered Through www.rapid-touch.com
  • We ship through multiple logistics partners. Currently, we are partnered with: FedEx, DHL, Aramex, Gati (International Orders) and Fedex, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express & DTDC (Domestic Orders). Our Services Are Limited To The Areas Covered By These Courier Companies.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will have to place multiple orders.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on +91-9352-463-664 or send us an email at care@rapid-touch.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
  • We try our best to accommodate special requests (such as expedited delivery, delivery at certain times of the day, deferred delivery), but we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled by our courier partners. If you aren’t sure, we encourage you to call us before placing your order.
For International Customers:

Please note that the BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTY OR VAT FEES imposed by your country. Rapid-touch.com has no control over any additional fees or taxes your country may impose on imports (as a buyer, you are considered an “importer”). We make every attempt to list the item so that you are not charged any additional duties or fees, but in the rare circumstance that this occurs, a product cannot be returned or exchanged for this reason.

Error in address

Errors in address cannot be changed once the order is shipped. Rapid-touch.com coordinates with courier service providers to resolve the issue; however, if you make an error in the shipping information on your order and if that order is rejected, lost or destroyed, Rapid-touch.com cannot issue or refund credit of any kind. In case the error prompts the order back to Aluxure Bio Sciences International (P) Ltd, then the forward & return shipping cost will be deducted from the cost of the product and a credit note will be issued to you .

Shipment Process

Rapid-touch.com dispatches all goods through a renowned courier partners chosen according to respective order or products sold on rapid-touch.com .You can track your shipment status via MY ACCOUNT section in member login page.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

Rapid-touch.com provides cash on delivery option only for orders amount less than Rs 10,000/-. COD is provided free of charge. Pay ONLY CASH to the delivery boy. When someone fails to accept the COD parcel, rapid-touch.com reserves the right to discontinue the option of COD for that particular account.

Delivery Issues

Unforeseen situations may arise during delivery despite the highest level of care taken by us and efforts put in by our shipping/ courier partners. Rapid-touch.com promises to resolve your problems at the earliest to facilitate a smooth shopping experience for you.

Order Tracking

An email with your shipping and order information is sent to you after your goods have been shipped from our warehouse. You can then track your parcel’s progress via MY ACCOUNT section. If you are unable to track any information regarding your package/ parcel, please send us an email at orders [at] rapid-touch.com or call us at our customer care numbers.

Broken/ Damaged Parcel

All parcels shipped are wrapped with security tape, which should be intact and visible. If you receive your parcel tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept it and immediately inform us via sending an email at orders [at] rapid-touch.com or call us at 09352463664 stating your refusal within 2 days of orders refusal.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of the purchase by sending order cancellation email at orders [at] rapid-touch.com. Rapid-touch.com will notify the customer on order cancellation status via sending email to their registered e-mail ID with rapid-touch.com

Customer Refusal

Any product or order refused by the customer out of any genuine and authentic reason, should reach rapid-touch.com warehouse in a good resalable condition. Rapid-touch.com refunds the cost of the product after deducting shipping and handling costs and a credit note will be issued to the customer.

Package Loss

It is very rare for a domestic order to get lost, but sometimes it may happen. When your order is lost, please report rapid-touch.com with the details of location, courier selection, and history. Rapid-touch.com will take every possible step to help resolve this matter.

Collection and Delivery:

During checkout, by selecting shipping method, you are automatically requesting us to arrange a courier on your behalf. We strive hard to deliver orders all over India within 3 to 5 working days of receipt and completion of your order; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Rapid-touch.com deems no liability for any delay of the shipment.
